Sweepstake Rules

Eligibility: The Random Drawing Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 01:00:00 PM Central Time (ET) on April 11, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 4, 2023 (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://etxtraveler.com/meet-miranda-lambert-sweepstakes/ during the Entry Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

Drawing and Winner Notification: A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 5, 2023 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email within one (1) business day of the drawing. The winner must respond within two (2) days of notification to claim their prize.

Prize: Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will receive a signed copy of the Miranda Lambert cookbook “Y’All Eat Yet?”. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specified herein, including travel, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants also agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use/misuse of the prize.

Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that their personal information submitted as part of the entry process may be stored and used by the Sponsor for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Winner List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Visit Lindale, Random Drawing Sweepstakes Winner, 55 Miranda Lambert Way, Lindale, Texas 75771, within sixty (60) days of the end of the Entry Period.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Visit Lindale, 55 Miranda Lambert Way, Lindale, Texas 75771. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may appear.

Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
