Harrison County Historical Museum offers two locations in downtown Marshall, Texas. Come visit and experience Harrison County’s rich history and culture through the decades. Interactive materials for all ages, including kids. Artifacts from actual people, places and events of Harrison County are on display. A General history of Harrison County can be viewed at the 1901 Courthouse exhibits in the middle of the downtown square in Marshall. Across the street at Memorial City Hall Performance Center is the Service & Sacrifice exhibit, documenting and honoring those from Harrison County who served in the military; four of the famed and admirable Tuskegee Airmen include Fred Weathersby, Romeo Williams, Charlie Johnson and Mac Hopkins.
